Pursuant to § 7, subsection. 1 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG), as a service provider we are responsible under general law for our own contents on this website. According to § 8 to 10 TMG we are not obligated to monitor third party information, or to investigate possible illegal activities. Obligations to remove or block the use of information without prejudice to general legislation for Internet access providers, cache providers and hosting providers remain unaffected. However, any liability in this respect is incurred only from the moment that knowledge of the specific breach of law is obtained. When violations of rights become known, we shall remove such contents immediately.
